thanks for the reply but i already found the problem 
I checked my PlayerDB and
it was empty because fail save
i backed up it and it working now

I was at the server and read the error !
The server computer have only 2 Gb Ram
The server can´t load the worlds ! only 1
Pls set more ram in your Computer

I hate it. If a Owner (i and ...) set Displayedname i cant find the real name to use a command!
