After either unchecking "send heartbeats to IDontKnow.ImNotSure"(website name I don't remember) or restarting my router, the problem was fixed.

It may have to do with when I log into my server. At first, it's on the list, but later, when I check to see if it's on there, it's gone. It doesn't disconnect me when it goes private.
