Testing with a world. I blacklisted a player with the same rank as me (owner) and they were able to unblacklist themselves from the map.

0.613, but it has never logged it.
It doesn't log "Player Griefer was banned by AnotherAdmin for Griefing" or IP bans or banall's. It also didn't log the actual command entered. ie /ban Griefer Griefing

Bans don't appear in logs, I don't think player initiated kicks do wither, although I did see server kicks.

Here goes
Make a new world and put just the spawn on it. The use
/wsave and save it as wipe or something
then everytime you want to refresh the world goto the world you want to refresh and type /wload and whatever you called the world.

Ban MAC addresses? Is that possible? Would it allow you to win the game? MAC addresses are re-set every time the packet passes through a new device AFAIK and thus are not a practical way of blocking anything outside of the scope of one Network segment. hmm, Don't know if like. It could become more of a badge of honour.
Perhaps if only players that could read staff chat could see the star. Otherwise other players would be curious and want the cool looking star.

Yes, that's correct. So if the player has a totaltime of 6.5 hours but 2.5 of that is idle time does autorank (unsupported I know) use the total 6.5 or just the 3 hours of non idle time?

I'm not quite sure how the idle time remover works, But it appears to know the correct active time but not display that correct that time in /info, instead it displays the time + idle time there. eg a player with 2.5 hrs active time showed 6.5 hrs total time and when I used setinfo to remove time (B...
