Use logs in "your minecraft" file

if you look AT the logs (full logs, not just selecting one peice), that was the second time i kicked him for griefing in 10 minutes Which is probably why you left that bit out I didn't said "you can't ban people" but you must "warn" before kick or ban... And i didn't select one ...
