I could use this for bugtesting, shutting down the server to add a rank with specific permissions just to test that suspected anomaly is quite a hassle. If adding/changing ranks isn't feasible with regard to command length or the like, at least make ranks update on /Reload Config.

This doesn't break it at all, you can rename fCraft and claim it as your own all you want. If you're smart you also let your IDE or some other routine solve the renaming for you, just replace all instances of "fCraft" with your new name, and all instances of "fragmer" with "...

Make sure you have the config option "Can add/remove own access restriction" turned off for owner if you don't want this behaviour.

The Config doesn't list the commands, it lists command groups. For example: The group "Draw" has commands like /Cuboid and /Ellipsoid.
It is not possible to set per-command permissions, this is planned for the next major update, though.

You need to use the WoM wrapper client, It'll show a server list after you have logged in, there you can easily join your server.

WoM Direct needs no special configuration, as long as the "Send heartbeats to WoM Direct" box is checked (in the "Advanced" tab), users will be able to join your server via the WoM client.
