IgnoreNot

Teaching a fledgeling builder when the server is at full capacity is nigh impossible. Pm's back and forth could be used, as the blue text would be simple to identify. But what if there were a way to isolate just one player to hear, and listen to no one else? I imagine this as an IgnoreNot command.
I could see it being used just like /ignore, but with a playername in front of it that you would like to isolate. Something like /ignorenot (playername). Its removal would perhaps look something like /ignorenot *, or maybe /unignorenot
If a new builder were to use this on their teacher in school, and simply be told to remove it afterwards, it would make that information transfer more streamlined. Past that scenario, I don't know where else it would be too effective, but could make a nice perk.
Thanks!
