Have /ignore only affect in-game players

Have /ignore only affect in-game players

I can't think of a reason why ignoring offline players would be useful, and it would be far easier to type the command and the name if only online people were considered.

Bump. Before you yell at me, I'm doing so because this seems to have flown under the radar, is several months old, and has been buried alive in pages of other suggestions. So yeah, bump.

Use this technique to restrict /Ignore to in-game players only.
