With /Help Patrol, shouldn't it mention what the 'Patrolled Rank' is? For example:
/Patrol
Aliases: pat
Teleports you to the next player in need of checking.
This command requires xxxx+ rank.
Patrolled rank: xxxx

No, because then it would have to list the kicked, banned, frozen, muted, and brought ranks.

It doesnt need to show all limits, only the 'Highest patrolled rank' limit, which is global whichever rank you are.
