Ability to send Rank wide messages to Rank and above with something like a + or other special syntax, and to-that-rank-and-below with a minus.
the @@- shortcut may become ambiguous if you ever decide to add that, meaning both "My rank and below" as "To the previously mentioned rank" so there may be a small problem there.
But overall, I have found this "To certain rank and above|below" to be lacking from fCraft for a long time.
