That Graphics card was crap when it was released it was slower than the Geforce 4 MX440 that it was supposed to replace.
Good amount of Ram and Hard drive space...
Pentium 4 which again was a heap of dung, the Athlon XP and later Athlon 64 creamed those chips, being only Single core in the age of Quad-Cores - Octo-Cores doesn't help things.

Consider this.
A Dual-core Atom netbook can sell for a couple hundred bucks, they perform just as fast if not faster than a Pentium 4 with equivalent amount of ram and storage space and that's new.
An AMD Brazos on the other hand sells in the same price range and will dominate the Atom and Pentium 4 in everything and can actually play allot of games if you turn down the quality settings.

I would probably not ask anymore than $50 AU for it, provided it comes with a monitor, it's simply just to old.

ECC memory might make it useful as a low load server, but I'd call anybody crazy if they paid more than like $40 for that.

BTW, there were very many Pentium 4s. A specific model # could make a huge difference in usability.

Motherboard's lack of SATA 2 is concerning; every HDD I own could saturate that.
