With less upload.

My PC at the moment;

8GB DDR2 RAM
Radeon HD6870 Graphics - 1GB memory
AMD Athlon 64 6000+ dualcore 3GHz
(Soon to upgrade thanks to an extra special gentleman in the server)
Big ol' 800watt power supply.
Just over 2TB internal storage.

In Poland I had 120 Mbps down and (laughably) 6 Mbps up - no limits. Welcome to Europe, where Internet providers don't suck. :-P

University internet connections: You can tell when everyone else is streaming porn. This is just a sample of what my internet goes through over the course of ~15 minutes, which is telling. For instance, my high speeds usually mean I host private servers when playing with my brother and friends, but then they get randomly dropped when the connection dips well below 1 Mb/s for a good fifteen seconds.

I can't remember the specifics since I built it almost 4 years ago, and I can't be bothered to look it up, but:

CPU: Intel Q6600 Core2Quad 2.4ghz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS 512
RAM: 2gb DDR2... cant remember make at all
PSU: 650W somethingamabob
HDD: um 3 separate ones adding up to 2.75Tb
Motherboard: errrr don't remember now
Monitors: 2 separate ones at 1400*1050 (19 inch) and one at 1920*1080 (24 inch)

The 24" one is also a tv which is hooked up to my gamecube and n64. Everyone else on my floor brought a netbo... i mean a lolbook. Also I use a beast soundsystem, with a ridiculously large subwoofer almost as big as the case on my PC which i've also had since i was playing MOH:Allied Assault, oh yeah and i brought my wheel/pedals for F1 2010... and some sweet headphones.

Stupid lolbooks.

Case: One that is way too small even though i stuck 4 separate fans in there, so the GPU and CPU top out at over 90 degrees C when playing Crysis. It can overheat sometimes while playing Crysis and if I don't keep the door and window fully open, entire rooms will become uninhabitable from the heat the thing chucks out. In my new room at university, I HAVE TO keep the door and window wide open if my PC is on.

I havn't tested my internetz yet since i just arrived at university a couple of days ago, but it seems to be damn slow, just like my old internetz, definately slower than anyone else here.
Welcome to Europe, where Internet providers don't suck. :-P
You are SO DAMN WRONG LIM DUL. People in the UK pretty much boast about how slow their internet is compared to the rest of europe. If anyone saw your speeds, their minds would blow, mine rolls at less than 1mb/s and always has. Crappy government, don't give 2 shits about internet speed, and all the other ISPs are too busy counting thier money to upgrade to fibreoptics, MINE COMES THROUGH THE DAMN TELEPHONE WIRES. It's like living in the stone age in comparison, we are savages fighting for scraps of internet, waking up at 3a.m. trying to get extra speed while everyone else is asleep, hoping the ISP doesn't choke your speed down to 0.25mb/s (no joke) it happens all the time after you download a certain amount.

I can't even use OnLive which apparently launched a few days ago, LOL FAT BLOODY CHANCE, I CANT STREAM THE MENU IN 720p WTFFFFFFF. Ugh its looks comparable to a 480p youtube video for some reason and stutters every second for about 0.5 seconds. gahrrjhhjkajhgfakhij

"your internet speed is shit, don't use our service, it's just too good for you and your smelly internet, and always will be"

Its a bad troll if you ask me, boasting their "upto 15mb/s lightning fast internet" Sure Sky, seems very fast for me, but not for real europe.

On an unrelated note, I've been using this beautiful piece of art as my everyday-typing/gaming keyboard for 3 or 4 months now. It's delightfully tactile and very sturdy.

BEHOLD, the Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry MX Browns:

That doesn't reflect how good your computer is - I could unplug the network cable from my high-end PC and have a download/upload speed of 0 Mb/s :)

Windows experience index, because that matters SO much.
Image
And from the top, Processor; AMD Phenom II x6 1090t (Thanks again, Pema)
RAM: 2x4GB DDR2
Graphics/Gaming Graphics: Gigabyte (not the crappier Radeon version) HD6870 1GB in memory and ~900MHz clock speed off the top of my head.

Windows Performance Index is useless, according to it there is no performance difference between Ollies Phenom 2 x6 1090T @ 3.2ghz and my AMD FX-8120 @ 4.8ghz, my games beg to differ though.
