add on to /rules builder

Hello, just wanted to say that is it possible that in /rules builder that you could add the rule "No commands on the worlds main or guest unless your giving a guest water or lava"?
Cause some ex.builders said they got demoted cause no one told them about commands on main.

As far as I know, that was never a rule to begin with.

Plenty of supops+ told me it was actually allowed, as long as it wasn't abused.

ahhh. cause one of the ex.builders, Albino69, said i was never told that i couldn't build on main, and that's true cause they can, but not abuse their commands on main, which he got demoted for, but from looking it over i see that he misinterpreted, actually, never read the rules or paid attention to them to see that the first rules is don't abuse commands or make pointless cuboids, etc.

It's fine to use your commands on main, as long as they aren't spammed, abused, or used to make horribly MASSIVE builds.

I was the one who demoted albino. It wasn't that he couldn't build on main, it was because he used a bunch of ellipsoids and cuboid wire frames that we considered to be command abuse in the form of spam. Pema helped me to remove it.

Hey, I realised that it would be wrong to build such a massive structure in the middle of the map so i decided to build it in the corner not realising that it would be wrong. I know now that it wasn't the use of commands on main but the sheer oversized building i made. It was a mistake and if i find myself a builder again i will take more precautions with the way i conduct myself.
