Different way for guest to enter main

Last few times i have logge in and looked around the main ive boticed more griefing so i have and idea that could reduce griefing.When your rank is guest you have seperate entry way where you have to do /rules then then have to do /rules accept to enter the main.i think this would drastically reduce griefing on main.Idk if anyone else has suggested this but my brother plays on a another server and they do that and they really don't have any grief.if have any more additions you would add on to this please reply.

So how does that even stop people from griefing at all?
Just because they read and /rules accept'ed it, doesn't mean they will always follow it.

This would also have to be done server software wise.

Some people grief because it's their first time Playing and they don't know anything about minecraft.so if they know the rules and the server puts out their what their rules are then they might think twice about it

The general idea, is that people will join the server, and then see that it has rules, rather than just joining and saying ALRIGHT! LETS GO DO WHATEVER WE WANT AND GRIEF!

That way, the people griefing are obviously knowingly breaking the rules, and are probably just there to grief, as they have been shown what to do right from the get go, and can be banned faster with less warnings because of this.

Which is all fine and dandy, and many servers do this, but it leaves the problem that people do not like it, and will still come on and not read rules, and will just be even more confused about why they are in a cage with 30 other people whom are all rapidly yelling cursewords and getting muted. It confuses new comers, and over complicates things.

Our ideals were to NEVER instigate delayed entry into the server. This includes jails, spawn worlds, and denying anything until we read the rules. We did that accept the rules thing on SMP once. It didn't work great.
