How come there is 4 owners? I don't understand, Isn't that a rank only for the host?

A lot of wat in here.
An "owner" is generally someone who makes sure everything keeps working, which all 4 of them do.
Also, one could make an owner rank on his server and make it the starting rank, no problem at all.
