I was just wandering how come it just takes a vet to freeze and builders can't... It would make alot more sense if builders could freeze but not kick and vets can do both...

Becouse Builders are NOT supposed to patrol, they have the kick command only for rare cases, when no Veterans+ are online.

And also, having builders with only the freeze ability will be useless.
