Serious answer.

First: You posted in the wrong section, if you would like to get information on this, post under the support forum found here:

Second: Setting up your own server isn't something that just anyone can do. You need to realise that if you at home and just want to play with friends, then set up a server, but if you want to set up a full one like ours, then your home computer will struggle. We use a proper, hire-able server.

Third: If you STILL want to set up a server you will need more than your IP. You need to learn how to portforward a port on your router. If you can't do that, then look up using a thing called "Hamachi" or similar. This is ideal if you just want to play with friends, but they will all have to get Hamachi or whatever to play.

Finally: If you don't understand the above stuff, making a Minecraft server isn't for you, because that is the absolute minimum that you need to have. Otherwise, you then need to go on and grab Minecraft/fCraft's software and then configure all that.
