First off sorry if this isn't the right category to post this but there were 2 people stealing from me (which ill be happy to give the names of if you want them) and on the front doors of my build there a clearly signs saying no stealing, no pvp, and no griefing. so i think it should have been against the rules to steal from me. and Pelvic told me it didn't matter if i had a sign up or not which i feel is a bunch of crap because if cities are allowed to do it them why cant I. If possible id like a response from Ollieboy.

Cities are allowed to set their own PvP rules. Nothing about stealing or griefing. And you're right, I guess if you want you can set your own PvP rules because cities can but you can never exempt yourself from the stealing policy, just like you can never exempt yourself from the griefing policy.
