[SMP] Armaita's clocktower

I'm looking for experienced pailstone/ redstone users to help me with a clock tower for Armaita. If anything, you can teach me how to do it, and I'll attempt it myself. Do I have any takers?

After analyzing the :ctime video a little bit more, I'm thinking I get the general idea. Find the numbers in which there are even intervals for a half a day (such as day or night). and then set up several :cuboids to activate ONLY at those given intervals. Hmmm...time to test it out
