i am hoping this gets approved i want to build an old castle (midevil if possible)

as the post it note says #1 is the npc village where i am hoping to build at
and #2 is initus spawn

2nd picture #1 is village i want to build with
#2 for reference is pavoneos plave

now for the specifics. will be no pvp... shops may be offered at a later date also homes may be offered .

this is going to be a very strict building area as i want it to ONLY be medievil or in the style of the npc.

size is unknown at the moment as im still looking for a good reference.

Did you find the one that I spared to tell the tale?

Do we REALLY need another town? If you must, go for it but since you are already a major player in Derpville your new town cannot be large nor can it cost money to live there. Be aware that both Dune Valley and Ferroria Village are like, JUST north of you.

There is a village in the easternmost desert as well, why not build there?

The one east of Armaita is occupied. Maybe combine with them? I think that is Derpville and I'm sure they'll welcome you.

He lives in Derpville already so yes we welcome him
