Lake View is a small community right now.we plan on building a pvp arena, a park, a pool, a trash disposal and much more.we have a nice market place.i plan on making a tp hub there when it gets a little more bigger.a shop in a building or a stall is 5 Au.a house is 10 au .our rules are No griefing , No stealing, No pvp in city limits (which it will be clear of what the city limits are)we are also making a city council so we can decide on what to build in Lake View and etc.we would love to have you come visit us.we are just NW of initus. hope to see you there
