[FIXED] Missing descriptions in ConfigGUI

when configuring my server i got to the dreaded rank config and i noticed a new thing to check called "DrawAdvanced" and when i put my mouse over it i didn't get a description...Is it a bug?

DrawAdvanced covers the use of brushes, /Sphere and /SphereH, /Torus, and /Restore. It will also be required for the upcoming /Tree command (for planting trees).
