[FIXED] WAccess/WBuild with single-letter ranks

When using WAccess or WBuild on a world, and the rank or shorthand has only 1 letter, your command returns nothing, no message, no result.

/WBuild main p
/WBuild - c

Nothing will be changed on the permissions, nor will you get any message about something going wrong, not even on console. It seems to be simply ignored.

The same does work with WLoad:
