[DONE]Ability to specify "none" or "skip" block with brushes

I'm writing this down before I forget: It'd be sweet to be able to specify "none" or "skip" block with brushes like "random", "cloudy", or "marbled."

For example, if you want to make snow with a random brush now, you'd do something like "/brush random air/1000 white". If you use this over an area with existing structures, they'll be wiped with air. But if you could specify "/brush random none/1000 white", it'd just leave most blocks untouched.
