[FIXED] DrawAdvanced permission should auto check Draw

Well, in the ConfigTool, if you check BanAll permission, the rank editor will automatically check both BanIP and Ban permission, etc...
When a rank doesn't have Draw permission checked, DrawAdvanced permission is grayed out, but you can still check it, while it stands grayed out and Draw permission stands unchecked!

I hope you understand, my english might be a mess sometimes^^

I think it stays like that so builders don't get everything. They used to have /sphere but it was abused so they gave to the vets.
