To answer your question about block tracking and erasing someone's actions, it has already been discussed. Block tracking was implemented for a short time where it in my opinion failed horribly since it rarely got the user right.
As far as I know, we do have a command that will rollback someones actions. However, we won't use it due to the fact it causes mass chaos and most griefers are found before they do any real harm.
Ah, thanks for clearing that up. Basically last I heard was due to the fact that Fragmer was swamped with other things.
