[FIXED] World and Player name switch in world permissions

If I am blacklisted in the permissions of a world set to supop building permissions (u_xn8gx01 for example), and then am unbarred (by xN8Gx for example), I see this:

"You were removed from the build blacklist of xN8Gx by u_xn8gx01. You are still NOT allowed to build....(some because clause I cannot remember)"

Removed from a player's blacklist by a world.

That's cause you're not a supop? What do you mean "switch"

Typing error he means. It should say blacklisted from u_xn8gx by xng8x rather than the other way around.
