[FIXED] IRC Bot IP

The IRC bot does not bind on the same IP as set in the fCraft config.xml on a server with multiple NICs. Suggested fix is to either add a separate config to specify the IP that the IRC bot uses, or just use the default one that is set for the server in config.xml.

Not really a major issue, just something that's been bothering me a bit.
