Subject title says it all.

Something like: /list <rankname>

So if I type: /list administrator it would list the administrators of the server. This would be helpful because Moderators on our server get promoted/demoted pretty frequently. So finding out the new Moderator in a matter of second would be very helpful.

You're correct, it's @guest in that case.
