I rotated a copy of roughly 1 million blocks around 90 degrees and tried to paste it.
I retried it a couple of times - same results.

Confirmed, crashes for any sized build with any angle of rotation or combinations of multiple rotations, always when trying to paste.

Fixed in r1774; freebuild restarted.
