A lot of skins wouldn't get recognized by the website. So they show as their default skins, including Intertoothh.

All skins were recognized by the website. The default skins were shown when either:
1) The name was typed wrong (case sensitive)
2) The player never changed their skin

I went through the entire list and fixed all the spelling errors, and added a missing mason, Patogy.
Because, I can.
