Bans in Logs

Post by Planitia »

Bans don't appear in logs, I don't think player initiated kicks do wither, although I did see server kicks.
"Excuse me, have you got a spare $10?".... Yeah I do. So would you if you had a job.

Are you talking about /Ban, /BanIP by name, /BanIP by IP, /BanAll by name, or /BanAll by IP? Also, are you using the latest version of fCraft (0.614)?

0.613, but it has never logged it.

It doesn't log "Player Griefer was banned by AnotherAdmin for Griefing" or IP bans or banall's. It also didn't log the actual command entered. ie /ban Griefer Griefing

I can definitely confirm that fCraft logs all bans. I checked with both default fCraft install and fCraft.net Freebuild. Check your logging settings to make sure that "User activity" (UserActivity) is getting logged to file. Also if you've modified your copy of fCraft, the mods may be causing issues.

I haven't killed this yet. I'm still investigating on my end.
