IRC: Change Nick not showing.

Not sure how to fix this one.
pretty much, IRC doesn't show the changed name.
instead it does:
"Olduser changed their nick to " (or something like that)
Instead of "Olduser changed their nick to Newuser"
Tested on 0.632.
