Reason: grief in Dobby_Ashy's home

I'm not sure what I did wrong, I did mine into dobby's house , but i mined all natural blocks.

I really hope this can be figured out

I'm not quite sure if this was legal, some dirt and stone blocks were removed (Hit_Girl removed some cobblestone).
From the PvP Rules (http://forum.fcraft.net/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1520):

I'm not sure that PvP rules even apply, since dobby_ashy was offline as he says...

You did actually break cobblestone blocks to get out of the killing room, those cobble blocks were not natural blocks.

Also, Pyro, I surrounded the entrance with the dirt to stop anyone covering it up until this is dealt with.

I was going to talk to pelvic before hand to get an explanation, I can understand that this is a grey area as some of the blocks were natural.

Lets say you had a small build inside a mountain... If everyone was allowed to tunnel into it... The mountain would look like a beehive with holes and tunnels everywhere.
People should respect other peoples things. Other than chests... Leave their shit alone.

YOU were an OP, you are someone that other players look up to, if they see you setting an example of where it's fine to tunnel and grief someones build, they will all do it.
You are supposed to be responsible and trustworthy, you have proven otherwise, use your common sense!

Alright, because I have little trust in you after all this drama, here is the deal.

You will be unbanned and demoted to Veteran on Freebuild, member on SMP. This is not negotiable.
As for getting your ranks back, don't expect it anytime soon, the staff will discuss that when we think you have proven to be trustworthy and responsible.

Anyway. Appeal accepted with conditions.
