Looks like you have some good potential for awesome builds.

If you want to get better, it just takes practice. Try building bigger things, but always put lots of detail in it! Pay attention to the small stuff.

Nice build, I think its very big as it is, a good kind of place to put more detail next time would probably be the large one-colour sides around the windows.
