Hello.
I'd like to come up with another suggestion.
Problem:
-The server has obviously some moderators or operators. I'd like the mods to be able to modify worlds, but not to load/create them.
Reasoning:
-Sometimes the server get flooded by worlds. Yes, I know it's ''just to tell them to not,'' but it would be a lot easier just to disable it, right?
Suggestion:
-If we could make two separate permissions, ManageWorlds, and AddAndRemoveWorlds, for instance.
Thanks for reading,
-BobKare

Re: Splitting up the ManageWorlds category
We could actually use this as well- namely to give the architects /wflush to go with their barely usable infinite cuboid commands.

A workaround to that is to have everybody leave the world, which is easy if there are only a few people working on it.Fehzor wrote:We could actually use this as well- namely to give the architects /wflush to go with their barely usable infinite cuboid commands.

Re: Splitting up the ManageWorlds category
Ofc we can split it up in more peaces
This one was just my suggestion. But the main problem is the overflood of worlds that I mentioned...

Re: Splitting up the ManageWorlds category
I agree, ManageWorlds permission has gotten too wide. I will look into splitting it up.
Re: Splitting up the ManageWorlds category
Thank you looking into it
Re: Splitting up the ManageWorlds category
Alright, finally got around to do this. I am making two categories: ManageWorlds and AddAndRemoveWorlds (which covers only /wload, /gen, and /wremove).
Splitting up the ManageWorlds permission
Just kinda bringing this back up, since it never really happened. It would really be useful.
Thanks.
And perhaps add /Env into AddAndRemoveWorlds permission, or a new permission named something like ChangeEnvSettings (or a better name ). The reasoning is explained in the post which magically appears on your screen when you click the link at the top of this post.fragmer wrote:Alright, finally got around to do this.
