To be honest I don't believe in the conspiracy theory that this is just an attempt at justifying military action in Africa by the US.

Well, i dont think its a conspiracy, its quite simple... But yeah they will not take any action in Uganda, they still have "things to do" in the Middle East. Its not all ablout ores and oil...
