Just wondering where I can find the feature that requires two Ops to rank someone or if I have to make it myself

Requiring 2 Ops to give a yes on a build is not a feature, we are just asking them to come give their opinions on the build and player just so they might now about him, like if he griefed in the past, build is worthy etc....

If you want a voting system that cannot be ´overruled´ by a single op you need to write a mod.
The fCraft Server software doesn´t support it by default.
