Only MY regulars Can connect, usualy

Okay, My server isn't that popular lately, and the only fellows who are on are my 3-4 regulars. often, I see a guest try to log in, but they can't. they connect then disconnect withen 30 seconds. Why is this?

Don't take this the wrong way because it's only a suggestion.
They have no motivation to stick with the server or find the world they join boring.
I don't think it's an fCraft problem

This sort of stuff used to happen between WoM and Minecraft.net, your old users would be using the WoM client that has the salt cached, new users join through Minecraft.net but its salt/mpass is out of sync or something.
You could try a restart, if you haven't yet.

thats exactly whats wrong. i have TWO links on the WoM client list for seom reason, none of which match.

Two links is normal if WoM Direct is enabled, one of them comes from the minecraft.net link, the other comes from WoM Direct. Both work under normal operation, the top one should be WoM Direct and is preferred.
Having two links is normal in your situation, this shouldn't be the problem.
