FierceReacter server problem

Hello, Im FierceReacter and im posting this because i am having issues with my server Swagcraft!!Feebuild. The problem is my PlayerDB, It's not expanding fully an my ranks are getting erased, So i go to backupdatabase and do that. On the other hand the ranks i had after are now erased. How do i make it so it expands....?????

Are you sure that your server files are not set to read-only?
Are you getting a error in the console? if yes please post it here.

Yes im getting errors

Not on read only nothing is checked in

Please check the logs, and tell me if you see any errors or warnings, for example:

ERROR: Error while parsing PlayerInfo record: ______________
