Clan Plugin

Hello everyone, it was made known to me that this server is looking for a clan/faction plugin that isn't factions. I have decided to take this up and try to make one that can be used. I would really appreciate peoples suggestions on how I should make it! Thanks for all of your help guys!

The plugin itself would be very minimal and would require the following functions:
- Separate channel for clan chat
- Ability to toggle friendly PvP off/on
- Perhaps the option for clan tags would be good? If so, then make it an option rather than a necessity.
- The chat needs to be secure, and not relay to IRC.
Thats all I can think of right now, i'll add more if/when then come to me.
