he guys i want to donate but it say my credit card number is wrong,
and does it only work whit paypal?

Perhaps this may be overstating the obvious, but did you type all your information for your credit card correctly? If so, then talk to paypal's support center and see if they can help you get everything sorted.

My guess is that he is trying to use a regular bank/debit card as a credit card.

Right well bank cards don't work like that. You can either transfer money to your PayPal account from your bank account, and then pass it on, or alternatively find somebody with a credit card to do the transfer for you and just give them cash or something.
Bank cards aren't capable of sending funds across the internet since it is essentially actual money, whereas credit cards are the promise of money, and the money comes later.
