[FIXED] IRC chat can lag and lock up the server

Here lately we have been having issues with chat. chat lag kicks in and it disconnects us completely from the server.

You're probably just timing out. I do that all the time because things on my end are crap.

There's a rare bug in the way IRC input is handled that can cause the server to lock up. I am looking into it. Meanwhile, please be careful what you paste in IRC.
