[DONE] Adding time-since-last-wipe to /winfo

Was just thinking it might be nice for op's to find out when the last wipe was before going to a supop to check the logs. So maybe something in /winfo what shows you when the world was created/loaded or something like that.

Thoughts?

Though I'm not sure of the applicability of this in wipes, I suppose it would/will be nice to have.
