I dunno if this has been suggested before but I've seen this kind of concept in an smp server before. Where in-game there is kind of like an email system where you can send messages to on or offline players. I believe it would be useful for contacting players who have not signed up to the forums.

Commands could be like /send, /mail, /empty etc.

If this isnt possible or low priority, it doesnt really matter. Contacting people when we see them in game is easy enough.

You could set @username messages to show up on login, usefull for offline demotions

In-game mail has been requested a looooooooong time ago, but I don't plan on adding it until I move PlayerDB to a proper database, some time in the future.
