Actually, just get anything but Norton that you can find a review for on CNET.

Re: Best Internet Security help?

oh, i forget to mention, currently on my exp. system, i run AVG free and Comodo firewall for internet security. I'm thinking of possibly using that for both systems. EDIT: rkill seems quite interesting, a clever concept. I've been using Avast, but I've used Comodo's everything (including virus scan...

Yeah, they're fair. If you really, really, really hate PvP you could just macro /spawn or something (or is that against the rules?). Or you could just type reaaally fast.

Re: BF3 and MW3

Eh, I've just gotten tired of plain shooter games. I play Fallout 3 a ton, but usually with VATS and a focus on loads of violence. I enjoyed DE:HR, but it's not really a plain shooter anyway. I enjoy the occasional RPG shooter (aka E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy), but typically I don't care about shooters...

No, you cannot apply for staff ranks, you earn them by acting maturely, moderating well, and gaining the trust of the staff. And that's the story of why I'm nicknamed the "Forever Veteran" Little hint for everyone here- discussion of administrative ranks and their earning tends to preclud...

Re: BF3 and MW3

The Call of Duty series (at least the ones for the 7th-generation) is something I utterly despise, although it pains me to say that I actually fairly enjoyed the single player campaign for World at War. Multiplayer-wise there were two large maps - I can't recall their names but one had a railway br...

It sounds like your display card/driver is flabbergasted. And I arranged Battleships a bit more nicely and fixed the corrupted stuff. I somehow lost your sub in the process but I do have it on a backup somewhere. Hunt for Red October, anyone? I love Sean Connery! [expunged] Good lord my eyes.

By the way, can the server be set so that it doesn't necessarily kick for speed hacks? I've reached speeds in a boat on an EM (without any sort of glitches/exploits) that made the server kick me once, and it wasn't in a way that would be entirely impossible to emulate in normal conditions (i.e. off ...

@people-who-say-speed-grief-is-worse-then-normal-grief: I'm talking about personal experience, I have so far not encountered any speed griefer what-so-ever that caused major damage to a single structure. The idea is that by the time you've learned how to use WoM you should have an idea of the rules...

You can switch if you so desire. However, we have to review whether you have good enough moderation skills to make the switch. This usually isnt a problem though. That said, it can be a mite difficult because Mason and Architect don't moderate, and I think they have moderation abilities disabled, b...

Let's go with 1.9, but you should totally get this plugin...

Just kidding. I think it's better to just stick with 1.8 and plugins. It's gonna be a lot better than without and it'll have more protections.

It's also worthy to note that he built most of that without Wom. Hence without the capability to fly. That just means he's too lazy to download, not exactly an advantage. But these are some good builds, keep up the good work. Nope. Not using WoM shows skill and craftsmanship- not laziness. Ultimate...

Last I checked, that 18 thing only applies to *pornography* and not merely nude pics for demonstration. I'm not saying there's no porn on Wikipedia, but a mere picture of a breast =/= porn. That said, non-nudes can still constitute porn if it's in a particularly suggestive manner, so it can be illeg...

No. I have a Droid X2. It has about the same firepower, was cheaper, doesn't try to pretend its camera is decent (admittedly, for video 1080p's nice, but for pictures it's craponacrutch), and has a battery life of 2 days even with decent use. It can also have batteries replaced (or did they finally ...
