At the top of the page it has a thing saying 'Appeals and Applications'. Click on that then click on the post by Hafnium saying 'Face Deletion'.... Follow from there

Hey, I realised that it would be wrong to build such a massive structure in the middle of the map so i decided to build it in the corner not realising that it would be wrong.
