http://i.imgur.com/e81zx.jpg This is JD. His name changes depending on the activity/situation at hand (For example, when we're drunk, his name is Jack Daniels). He also has a red collar right now because we thought he'd look like the Coca Cola polar bear. He totally does, but I'm too lazy to post a...

Re: Mason Application - Sergeant_Muffins (Updated)
Build commands are given just to make tedious tasks in building easier. If you can build without them, great, but we're not telling you to completely go without them. Just don't make draw commands the only way you can build. That's what we're trying to tell you

Typing fast, no. Spelling errors, we tend to laugh a little, but nothing grudge-worthy. I'm assuming spelling errors are the reason you are asking this.

Do not make multiple threads for the same purpose. Oh, and as an added bit of info, his ip was banned with him excluded because 2 people kept griefing on it. After his demotion/ban, he tried logging on with about 10 other accounts, then came on a different ip by using a proxy. So he's definitely ban...

I personally enjoy the idea of anarchy. I think not having a system is sometimes better than having a system at all. I understand that total anarchy is impossible to achieve unless you're in a utopian society (also impossible), but I can't say having a political machine that denies people basic righ...

Re: Demotion Appeal
From what I remember, you started making walls for a build on main/guest, then left without finishing or really doing much other than making 4 walls. You have been on the server long enough to realize we don't like draw commands on guest worlds. There wasn't a good reason to do what you did, so I de...

When I logged on to sort this out, I could only promote you to builder. You would have been autoranked and I may not have been there to make you builder again, as were the conditions. So Sanjar promoted you to vet to bypass the autorank, then demoted you to builder so nobody else would have to worry...

Re: (demotion appeal) - lewin999
We don't generally teach veterans. It happens on some occasions if an op+ has time, but since veterans are promoted by the autorank, nobody is really in charge of that promotion. You banned two people without warning. That is flat out moronic. Not knowing the rules is one thing, but to go to the ext...

That's just kinda been the way things have been. Me and a couple people have tested similar things out (can an op unmute someone a supop mutes, can a vet unfreeze an op, can an op remove a supop zone, stuff like that). It's just one of the weird bugs that nobody would ever really exploit or care abo...

Re: Model Main
Hmm idk, that might be a good idea. So far I've been zoning the models with each persons account name, just as a final shout-out and partially so if any guest walks up and hits one, they see who that particular model is. Right now, we have a fair few made (last count was 35), so what I'll probably d...

Re: Question about maps
You can apply for a map in the Appeals and Applications section. If you go there, check the READ BEFORE POSTING OR FACE DELETION sticky, just to make sure your application is in the right format. Although if you're going for a personal project, I'll save you the trouble and tell you the only way to ...

One, there's a thread for requestion staff access on the forums. Two, this section is for introductions. So introduce yourself dammit. Tell us about yourself. What do you like, what do you hate, what's your favorite color, anything.

Model Main
So man yeah. Model Main. The concept is basically instead of banners, we have models of everyone with a skin who wants it up. We have 96 model templates, 11 of which are already taken. So yeah. If you want your skin to be made massive and feared by everybody on main, have at it.

Re: Xylon's Introdution
Or you could've just asked someone to copy/paste your build from oldmain back to main. Or you could start a new project altogether. Either one of those options would be better than raging at the staff that your build was wiped.

This potential command could be used for people who are tunnelling a lot or won't leave someone's house despite what the guest+ in question wants. The idea is to basically bring them back to the spawn of that particular world. So if you have some guy tunnelling at the bottom of main, just type /sbri...

If I'm building something, I usually listen to Explosions In The Sky. If I'm running around in FB or SMP, I tend to listen to metal music (Escape The Fate, A Day To Remember, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, if I'm in the mood for it).

Re: /staffhide
Well the basic mentality is just a way for members of staff to be able to patrol and still be seen by lower ranked members of staff. Hide is a moderating command, so having advanced control over it is something I would trust to the staff (op+). /hidefrom isn't a bad idea either.
