Where did my permissions go after the 1.8 update? *sadface*

I realised that a few things OPs /Soups could do before the 1.8 update are not possible any more.
First of them is tp to coordinates (i tried the /tp name x y z form, and it said "no permissions").
Secondly, OP+ were able to open locked chests/doors with the previous sign-locking plugin (and break the sign locks), but now with lockette we can't do those kind of things any more.
Are these changes intended?
