High priority: Stuff for freebuild-oriented servers. Such as block tracking, draw command improvements, moderation improvements.

Low priority: Stuff for non-freebuild-oriented servers. Such as physics, minigames, money, portals, roleplaying stuff, RPG elements.

Portals are like flavored condoms: an interesting idea, but not something you ever actually want to use in practice.

Portals.

The obvious argument, is that they're useful for organizing your server via a "joining world". However, I have a feeling that they could be used to build quite a bit more than that. They'd allow us to build much more extravagant cities with abnormal paths and dimensions- imagine, you'd have a tiny building with small amounts of room on the inside, and then the inside would be a portal to a larger area on the same map, that would look like the room, but would be larger... kind of like the TARDIS. It could also be used to build movies, think of a large chain of portals, to where it flashed a pixel art for a second and then went to the next... all on a world, so that there would be no loading. I know that portals don't seem like a core function, but I think that they really could be, and that they could expand the game in an unimaginably awesome kind of way.

Although I will not add portals to fCraft core, I promise to either release it as a plugin myself (after 0.700), or at least make it easy for someone else to put together a proper portal plugin.
