Building lessons?

Post by CephalotusMan »

Well, i'm sure alot of people know i'm not the best.... i'm a crap builder.
So, could anyone give me building lessons, like making different things, general stuff to make me better at building?

Cheers :)

cephal, trial and error is the best. not all strategies work for everyone. for example snave like wire building which is outling the building in wires and then using /line to fill it in. cpt falcon is a great example of wire building.

i find the best way is to outline your build and slowly add detail. kind've like those over priced art work guides you find that all tell you the same thing.
that onyl works for me cause im terrible at everything else, and tend to plan but not do.

and master /r blockname blockname , i've found that pretty useful, and a lot of people also use /e then move in 1 block on each side and use /e air , to make a 2D circle, then use a bunch of those to get the general shape of certain spots in their build. (or just a bunch of 2D /e 's.
